WHO WE ARE
4x4 Explorer Adventures is a close-knit, passionate team based in New Zealand. We're dedicated to running off-road tours through some of the country’s most remote and rugged areas. We live and breathe the backcountry, and our trips have a good mix of wilderness adventure, beautiful landscapes and connection with like-minded explorers.

We guide small groups along carefully planned routes that explore high-country stations, conservation land and historic sites, giving people a chance to get off the beaten path and see parts of New Zealand few get to visit. There are three things at the core of what we do: safety, deep respect for the land, and a love of the outdoors are.
